    People must face the truth that this day by day necessity would go on if we would like keep our jobs, pay our bills, and eat this month.  Our only option is to get inventive and invent ideas to occupy our time, and jumpstart our tired brains.

    Wake Up!

You already wake up early, so why not get up fifteen minutes earlier and get some workout?  Perform calisthenics in your living room, or go outside for a brief run or ride a bicycle.  If the climate is nasty, hop on the treadmill or stationary bike.  Whatever type of cardio workout would get your blood circulating and set off the release of adrenalin and endorphins to wake your body up.

    2. If workout is out of the question, go for an artificial pick me up.  Coffee is the clear choice to jumpstart your day, however do you know that of all of the several types of coffees, instant coffee has the highest concentration of caffeine for every serving?  Instant coffee tastes great served hot or cold.  So relying on the temperature outside, make an instant coffee or grab an energy drink and hit the road.
